5. Quotations and Orders
Quotations provided through the Site or by email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by SINO FRESH and are governed by the terms of the applicable contract.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation. Payment terms are specified in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are specified in the contract. Trade terms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP are as defined by Incoterms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SINO FRESH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services giving rise to the claim.
